Elders' Authority - Flock Book

the biggest surprise in the flock book was the hiding-for 3-years serious sin absolution provision for elders (if with "jehovah's evident blessing").. the second is the remark regarding an inactive person, and the situation:.

"is the person willing to meet with a committee, thus admitting accountability to the christian congregation?".

now, the bible says: i want you to know that the head of every man is the christ; in turn the head of a woman is the man; in turn the head of the christ is god.

So let me get this right. If an elder molests a 9 year old and doesn't get caught right away and 3 years elapse and finally 11 or 12 year old confesses to the body that elder so and so molested me and when confronted the elder admits to doing this say 4 times but the child is asked if anybody know and responds no and the elder has been faithful in his duties and nobody knows except a few people he can remain as an elder.

This is why they have such a big problem with lawsuits they have elders who are child molesters with the Corporations blessing but if he has doubts about the organization it is immediate disfellowshipping.

Theories on the increasing appearances of the new GB aide?

i have noticed that younger guy appearing more and more on jw tv and in special talks.

can't remember his name but he is middle aged, greying, but has a business exec look about him.. is this guy the next gen of gb members?

or is he just an aide to help them about etc?

They/GB are captains of sinking ship and they want company and they offer more obfuscation and shelter from the outside world it seems to be a shell game for blame.

firstly the claimant has brought two separate claims against the watchtower .

case 1 relates to a suit in slander premised on the words , "frank otuo is no longer a jehovah witness".

billboard raising awareness of the dangers of the jehovah's witness cult.. short summary.

millions of people's lives are being adversely affected every day by jehovah's witnesses' (also known as jw.org) harmful teachings of shunning former members, refusal of certain kinds of medical treatment, social isolation, and harboring of child molesters.

the goal of this campaign is to sponsor a billboard that will be targeted to current members traveling to the belton, tx conventions july 31st - aug 9th 2015. these conventions attract thousands of current members and hundreds of prospective members.

surely even a bible writer must understand that desalination isn't witchcraft?.

One would hardly expect an ancient book to make correct observation about the world. This was written before they discovered molecules, atoms, and electrons, therefor they didn't understand the chemical make up of things.

With the advent of the Internet the Governing Body lives in a glass house from which they have been throwing lots and lots of stones, before they could more readily rely upon the ignorance of their bad behavior but alas the tables have turned on them and they are slow to respond, and such ignorance is costing them big time.

If they don't make some drastic changes in policy they are more stupid than a box of rocks.
